Is the temperature normally between 80-100

Hi

I have a 2003 clk240 and today I notice the temperature gauge goes between 80-100(well just below 100). I only had the car a month and to be honest never notice it until today. It would only go up in traffic and then goes back down to 80 when I start moving.

Is it something to worry about or is it normal. Thank you

Does it do this without turning the AC on from engine start to engine off?

Anything below 80c means a new thermostat is in order.

Perfectly normal every clk I have ever driven behaves exactly as you describe including my own

No once reach temperature it never goes below 80 just creeps up to under 100 and once move goes back down to 80
