Yes Item 26, they have holes at each end, where the Jack goes through.

The "side panels" section that you linked to is all structural stuff, I think - not sure if that's what you're referring to?

In the EPC, parts affected by facelifts almost always have a footnote with "up to" or "from" date or chassis number.
