Is this C63 a P30, P31, or something else?

Hi all. I’m looking to buy this C63, and when running the VIN, I get the P30 code, but also increased engine output, red breaks, and CF spoiler. Would anyone be able to give me some help understanding which option this is?

Thank you!

Another MB decode site also lists the car as a P30 version.
The AMG drivers package lifts the limiter to 186mph and you get the carbon goodies as well.

I was under the impression because it is a 2012 and because it has (see below) it would be a P31 just with no LSD:

- Red Brakes
- CF Spoiler
- Titanium Colour Intake
- Leather & Alcantara Steering Wheel

There is no code 471 for the LSD, and since all P30s had the LSD, I’m thinking it must be a P31, they just kept the P30 Nomenclature in the coding system?

Interesting, mine is a 2013 and has the P30 package as well. I am yet to see Mercedes P31 option on their options lists.
Maybe it's a general term used by owners to identify an updated P30? Or maybe the VIN decoder websites still refer to them as P30?

Perhaps Mercedes never changed the internal code reference?

My 2012 facelift is P30, with an additional code for engine output upgrade
