I would guess that the advert is either a scam, the price has been typed in incorrectly or the vendor does not know the value of this model of vehicle.

I would suggest it's a scam as the photos are identical to those used when this car was for sale at James Paul earlier this year: Used BMW from James Paul, Nr Horsham, West Sussex and Surrey, Quality Used BMW Cars

If you want a half wood steering wheel for a w124, just search ebay for listings for w140 breaking. These wheels were standard on the S600 and the CL600, so there are plenty around on cars being scrapped.
