Is this wood a match or would it look wrong?

Hello,

I have a ML inspiration model with the dark wood.

I have spotted this and would like to treat my bus, however its made from Black/Brown Burl Walnut. It is not Bird's Eye Maple?

Whats my ML is it Birds eye maple?

Would it look obviously wrong so not worth it?

if its a no tell it how it is...:(

mmmm, I see your dilemma. I think the ML gear lever is a bit plain too. The pic looks almost black rather than brown (on my screen). If you can see brown in it, then it will clash sadly. Love the overall style though. Would like an MB star on mine (the new style that I see on latest models is lovely)

Gucci the latest ML dosnt have a conventional gear selector, it has a column change.

Hello

Few more pics I'm useless as colour blind...hence always go for a Silver or black car :)

Do these still look wrong for my trim?

Yes, I didn't word it well, I was referring to the wider range of mercs...B-class I sat in had lovely detailing to the gear knob.

A210AMG, I see your dilemma, it does look like a nice design. Still very dark on the new shots...with direct sunlight, it probably will look a tad wrong. Overcast weather, it may look black and fantastic!
I'd go for the Mercedes logo, but good choice. Where are they from?

Hello,

They are from America and have postage etc to think about, but I could probably sell it if it didn't suit?

may have a punt

Funny isn't it, if the shot with the current gear knob was proposed - we'd probably say...mmmm, bit blue

Quite pricey IMHO. There's a shot on that link that shows the true 'browness' of the product. I'm out on this one now :(

OK thanks I will decline this time :(

No present for the Bus, although I cleaned it today :)
