Is u78 switchable exhaust actually the AMG performance exhaust?

Hi all

I have turned my attention towards the c43 now as well as the c63. The ad for the c43 states its has the AMG PERFORMANCE EXHAUST but the vin states
U78 Switchable exhaust system. Is this the same thing? I'm not convinced it is.

It does have the quad tips but these are the triangular quad tips as the car is pre facelift. The post facelift has oval quad tips.

The exhaust will be the sports version. However on some of the models such as this one, there is a switch on the centre console which switches the exhaust valves in the rear boxes so that you get the throatier sound coming from it. It may also affect performance but I'm unsure.

Pre facelift also has the smaller internal command screen and the analogue dials.

The pre facelift is also supposed to be a tad lower on power but the performance figures are the same across both versions.

My mate has the same exhaust on his C43 very loud and nice crisp pop when it changes up
