I’ve done it before but the last time was 2019. Running is definitely my weakest sport and I normally speed walk it so for this year I’ve been doing the Couch to 5K so I can do the run with a bit of style, panache and dignity!! 🤣🤣 Week 7 out of 9 carries on tomorrow.
Changing in and out of all that different kit would be too much for me :D

Don’t shirk on the training. You’ll soon be competing like a good mate of mine who took part in the IronMan 70.3 in Vietnam earlier this month. It was 70.3 miles that comprised a 1.2mile (1.9km) ocean swim, 56mile (90km) bike ride and 13.1mile (21.1km) run. The old slowcoach took 7 hours, 9 minutes, 47 seconds.
