I received my statement very late I think... I haven't seen anything in the post - can anyone confirm it is automated or do you have to contact them?

Not just lease I have mine on good old hp and have had the same letter too

Got a letter last week, and £394 paid into my bank today...
MB Finance taking a bath on this one... Rules are rules but seems pretty draconian sanction over an admin error.
 
I don't think I've ever had a statement on my agility deal.

My colleague received £500 (a years interest apparently) for not receiving any of his statements. He is very happy.
 
Got my money yesterday. A nice Christmas present from MB :)
 
How frequent are the statements?
 
Am wondering if those who have had a payment had to act in some way? Any news?
