Well, nobody is going to buy it at that price either. I've been following W126 sales for over a year and unless knocked right down they don't move at all (specials are slightly different).

Do you know what happened to the avantgarde 500 se iirc 50,000/60,000miles, silver, blue inside. Asking c.11,000. Was thinking of having it when I sold my g but bought an e55k instead. It put me off that it wasn't 7,000 but it was a nice thing by the looks of it. Had it been a 560 I might have been more tempted.
