There is apparently a Rosberg edition which boasts a number of bespoke features including a unique ‘brake fault’ that provides the driver with the perfect excuse for acting like a bawbag.

If running true to F1 form the cars will mysteriously lose power for some unknown reason and after much head scratching require a complete strip down and rebuild by a team of mechanics over the course of a couple of weeks back at the factory and no guarantee it won't happen again--- hang on a mo ----don't current Mercedes models already---------???

The Hamilton edition will only be offered to people who can stay in their bedroom, miss telly and dinner and come out when things are going their way again.

Christian Horner has complained about several of the design features on the car, just because he can. A spokesman for Horner said " we are not sure if it's illegal or not? It's not on our car. We want to get our complaints in early, before we copy it".

Joking aside perhaps a flagship hybrid model is what the techology needs to achieve more mainstream acceptance? However one does question the wisdom of selling any car with that level of power/torque as a roadgoing car. F1 drivers find em hard to keep on the road at the best of times? I predict Rowan Atkinson will crash one.

That's only for the "Hamilton" edition. - All other variants will have engines that last.
