At least the w211 front end is a bit better than the horrific w210 conversion. It's still horredous though.

I have to admit that's a bit hideous. Move the lights and front bumper back about a foot and it'll start to look better, but still, such a mismatch in design language. One of the red W124 coupés with a W210 "facelift" (Rude Mercs?) is near me, I've seen it a couple of times recently... I think it used to be up in Selsdon.

It's a bit of a strange concoction but I don't find it offensive.
