Jack plug input?

Hi I have a standard head phone sized jack plug in the glove box of my CLC I have tried to connect my iPhone using this with a double male lead but cannot get the radio to play the music, any ideas or suggestions?

As above you need to select the AUX input.

A male to male stereo lead worked on my CLS.

Thanks all, I have a male to male but cannot get it to work yet, the one I have has three connection tabs on the plug is this the same as you are using Tony?

Paddy, that sounds like the correct one.
Make sure that the sound is turned right up on the phone.
Even then it isn't very loud.
