Getting back to the car, it has a gen II AMG kit but it just doesnt fit right what with the wider arches, even the skirts aint linning up with the lines of the wider wings. It needs the original E500 bumpers and skirts along with some sensible wheels as those aint Doing the car any justice.

Wheels look cheap and nasty. Interesting how the seller bangs on about how it will only go up in value and how sought after they are and how much it could make, little bit of price conditioning before you bid. I bet the reserve is set in excess of £20K

Hmmm... now a few weeks ago someone was saying that E500 engines shouldn't have oil pressure that low (about 1.5 bar in the second pic) - even when warm...

And... a '95, eh? Can go on to classic policy in two months.
