Japanese Import Comand Conversion/Spedometer Conversion

Hi guys, I've got a Japanese Import 2012 S204 C63 AMG PPP Estate, does anyone know of any companies that would have experience in getting the Comand Converted to UK spec, as well as getting the speedometer changed and coded to a MPH one?

I'm based South West but don't mind travelling for the service.

Hi, I used a company mentioned above by Phil (many thanks by the way) based in Surrey. They supplied and fit a UK Comand Unit, fit a MPH cluster I supplied and replaced/upgraded my front speakers. It was expensive but it was just what I wanted

Was it necessary to upgrade the front speakers for the system to work or was this just something desirable? I’m looking at bringing one over from Japan having gone through the process a few times now and seen how clean their cars are.

Strangely, the front speakers didn’t work when I bought it and it’s another service Comand Online specialised in. Turns out the front speakers were cheap, very poor quality and had been swapped out before, they took them out and fit new Morel speakers with tweeters and they sound great. Mine was imported end of 2023, fully loaded, PPP, Factory LSD, AMG Drivers Package, Factory Tints etc… I’ve spent a fair bit on it to get it to where it is, including having the whole car under sealed, although the underside of mine was mint, you could eat your dinner off of it, I don’t believe they treat them in Japan as they don’t salt the roads, so I thought better be safe than sorry. So far I’ve refurbished wheels back to standard, Stage 2 with IPE Headers and Sports Cats at MSL making 551bhp and 509ft/lbs, dechromed roof bars, window surrounds and back strip, under sealed and the work at Comand Online. I absolutely love the thing, wanted one for years and it’s the best car I’ve owned.
