W218 CLS,250cdi (2013) with 96k on the clock.
When accelerating or decelerating the gears are fine, but when cruising at a constant speed it feels like the car is being pulled backwards for a split second.
Engine revs fall slightly at the same time. Seems like the transmission is stuttering and affecting the engine.
Gets more noticeable at higher speeds.
Same in eco, sport or manual.
Makes motorway driving unpleasant.
Any ideas???

Welcome buddy , a fault code diagnostic is needed first on an icarsoft reader or at an MB specialist on Star diagnostics, where do you live ?

Hi. I live near Heathrow. I'm taking the car back to the dealers next week (still under warranty) hopefully they'll sort it out.
I just wanted to know if any other member has had the same problems and what the solution is.

Let us know how you get on at the dealers buddy , good luck

Is this with the cruise control on? If so it sounds like the brakes are being applied automatically to decrease momentum as is normal.
