Joining you for the first post, anybody know a merc specialist in West Sussex?

Hi everyone, I've recently bought a cl 500 2008 model love the car, no problems so far
but wanted to get the gearbox serviced, here in West Wittering there aren't many
garages that want to quote me, hopefully its going to be a pleasant experience here
amongst real enthusiasts.

I spoke too soon. I have a lovely CL 500, BUT, its sprung a leak on the suspension
pipe. Pissed fluid everywhere, anyone know a man who can help, I guess a chat on
the phone would be best to begin with, but any help would be good at the moment.
I did speak to one garage and they said and I quote 'naaah we don't like working on
CL's mate'.....

Or these guys of course.....they are just across the border into Hampshire....but probably nearer to Wittering than Billingshurst is too. Not used them myself as I do all my own work.....but many good things on here about them.

Sorry not replied sooner, thanks for the tip Alfa, I managed to get over there today for a chat, there good guys, but without the car they have no idea about the cost of repair, which was a bit of a shock, because he was telling me that they had done loads of repairs like this but couldn't quote a figure? He found the part which was about £102, but as for the job not even a ball park figure. So still not repaired . Wish i had the skills and know how Ide have a go myself too...
