Judder in engine?? Gearbox???

Hi..... can anybody give me some ideas what can be the problem. When I pull away from a standing stop very hard the car will judder violently. It never used to do it but has started this about a month ago and is getting worse. It's only at first pull away from being stopped, straight away, then pulls smoothly though all the gears. It's a 2003 E320 cdi 160k if I do not pull away extremely hard it's ok. So the car is fine to drive normally but can't race away from the lights, need to get going over 10 mph before I can floor it.

Judder

Worst options (1) t/c worn/failing (2) valeo rad water in gearbox early stage. Check colour and smell of gearbox fluid check level FIRST
