I just tear everything up that they have sent and return it in their reply paid envelope, the mailing soon stops after that. Just don't tear up the bit with your name and address on so they know who is upset.

We subscribed to MPS about six weeks ago and have definately noticed a reduction in the amount of c**p dropping through the door.
All we were doing was putting it straight in the recycling, usually without reading it so it seems best to just stop it at source..
