Long time Mercedes owner, up till now bought new, 2 CLS, then 2 S class with an SL as a weekend car. Recently retired so have decided to sell my Ftype Jag (oops am I allowed to mention another make) Hardly used , only done 820miles in the last 3 years & looking to get an S500 coupe as it will be used a lot more. Would appreciate any advice, good points, bad points. Looking for low miles 2017 or thereabouts, Premium spec & anything else you think it should have

As a matter of interest which model of F-Type did you have and what were your thoughts ?
Having said that 820 miles in 3 years takes some beating

I have a V6 Supercharged 380BHP. Good car, active exhaust on start up can upset some people, but if you immediately select a gear, the valves close & its "quieter". Goes really well, even the ride is fine with 20"wheels. Far more of a sports car than the SL which seemed like a small saloon but very well made. F type is well made, but not MB level. Holds the road well but in the wet & dynamic mode so easy to get the back end out. Probably should be in comfort mode or if its really wet snow mode which dumbs it down a lot. Gets a lot of attention, thats for sure. Here are a couple of pics
