Zero fees for the seller - the buyer has a min fee of £600 - to a max of 6% of the sales price....this i might say is on top of the selling price - the seller gets the full sales price & the buyer pays the fee on top..

So a little over £28k after fees. Seems fair, especially given the limited availability of S models on the market.
