Well.. the roads were wet and had been driving like ms daisy would but pulled out and the car starts to kangaroo when accelerating... I think the car went into limp mode, no eml and only two gears were available.. full range in tip but revs were limited.

Pulled over turned off and back on and the car was ok but have to say it was struggling a little.. I have been driving slow all day and barely pushed the car, any thoughts? I know the valve body springs to mind? but the upstream lambda sensor was showing as a fault when diagnosed and this is being changed by Ian next week... but this is concerning...

Happened again today (

Anyone help? Im off to Ians on Saturday but again, short journeys and the car hesitates and goes into limp and upon acceleration starts to cut out but drives. Tiptronic appears to work through all gears but hesitates on acceleration.

Turned off, restarted and ok, would appreciate any thoughts? MB diagnosed a faulty lambda sensor a month ago?
