Anybody ever clean the chassis of their car? Saw one of these on amazon and was thinking if it was worth it.

I have one of these.

Adjustable through 270 degrees and a variable spray, including pencil-jet.
Great for the awkward nooks and crannies but I do like that Karcher gizmo, although I'm not a fan of their pressure washers.

Saw a couple on ebay for £40 ish.
I thought it might be a good addition to the car cleaning gizmos.

Probably only worth doing during the winter months, when there's salt deposits on the roads?

It's certainly something I've never even thought of doing in nearly 30 years of car ownership.

Maybe more aimed at those types who show their car in concourse condition do you think?

The one I saw in the flesh was rather fragile plastic. I don't think robust at all.

Many modern car washes have underbody cleaning programs not sure if they are independent of the main body wash though....

I bought a 90 deg lance , with nozzle to do the underside on my cars, I jet wash them underneath once a month during the winter months
