Keeping it all in Sync

I have a laptop, desktop and iPhone, what is the best way to keep data, emails, contacts (Hotmail) and calendar all in sync?

OTA would be great

I use a laptop, Ipod touch (same as Iphone) and an iPaq.

I find that outlook 2007 is ideal...

sorry I've realised you want instant sync. I manually sync at end of day.
