That's a shame. Just watching an interview with him last night and remarked on how frail he looked. The evils of too much drink I'm afraid.

I loved his programmes - a decent TV personality, and a great chef to boot!

Did anyone watch Keith on Keith last night ?

Basically it was Keith Allen tracking him down to Avignon and spending the weekend with him. Allen was surprisingly sensitive throughout , and actually left me a little bit upset at the end.

A very moving programme.

I saw some of Keith meets Keith last night. It was sad to see the wine soaked wreck he'd become.

I agree .... hugely upsetting.

At times he could hardly string a sentence together , and at the 'reunion' meal where he swore at his daughter that he hasn't seen for ten years , i could hardly watch.

-That said, (previously) undeniably very talented & hugely entertaining -can't remember many of his recipes though!.
