Hello everyone!

I hit a kerb quite hard and as a result, two of my alloy wheels are quite deeply scratched. Apart from having them refurbished which I do not want to do at the moment, I was wondering what the best way to make the damage less noticeable is? Many thanks in advance.

Looks like a new tyre is the priority. That one is dangerous with the ply cords exposed.

Not sure you could do much with that unless you're a metal fabricator, s'pose You
could take tyer off and file the sharp bits to flush them off, the refurber could replace the metal with his welder, or ask them to tart it up a bit so you could use it. Or buy new wheels. Expensive!

Just file of the sharp bits and reprofile as best you can then some touch up paint as a temp measure

Looking at the tyre there could be some sidewall damage, looks like it took quite a big hit. I would have the tyre off the rim and have a good look for damage to both the rim and the tyre.

Easy repair to carry out at home or could take to a wheel specialist. Dent magic for example fix this kind of damage to wheels at a reasonable price
