Key info please

Hi guys when i got my Mercedes it came with the 2 electronic key fobs but there was no metal emergency keys with them, previous owner didnt get them either. So how can i get replacements and what info do i need to get them .. Thanks George.

If you don’t have the key blades inside the remote, see… Mercedes smartkey battery replacement - YouTube … then an MB dealer can provide keys, you will have to supply your VIN number, I.D. and proof of ownership of the car.
