Sorry if this has been covered before..but here goes.
My 1996 SLK230k uses the single button flip key, as found on the w202 and other models from the early 90's.
Now recently the key has been playing up, and I have had to unlock the car manually.
Now my question is....can I buy a second hand key, swap the blade, and then syncronising it to my car, by the old press twice, turn key trick??
