Keyless go

I have just bought a CLK55 amg on a 54 and it has the keyless go buttons on the doors and the button on the gear selector but none of them work. The guy who sold it said all 55s come with them but the option was not always selected and so was not hooked up to work. I hope this makes sense to anyone reading.

Is this true or is he pulling a fast one?

I don't really care if it works or not, I just want to know if he's being honest

total lies. Keyless Go buttons only fitted if keyless go installed

The Keyless Go feature is not working and will require investigation.

As above. The dealer knows the car needs new door handles at around £180 each and the KG button on the gearstick investigated on Star diagnostics to determine why its not working.
