Same here, the link seems broken for the last week or so.

I was enquiring about the cost and availabilty of the tool and mentioned if I can get the video from their website. Apparently their website is down so they will send me the video on a CD instead together with a catalog.

Miro, I know that Paul (Coupe freak) has recently come into Klann ownership. I think Paul would like to see the correct way of using it rather than trial and error . First time I used one I got a the top cup int the wrong layer of spring, its easy to do but the video does help to resolve any problems.
