Could you not use a syringe needle and syringe to do the same thing?

Got mine for £6.95 and no regrets as the ajustment needle on the tool is very tough (as you would expect from Klann) and with the extended handle makes it very much easier (and safer) than using a sewing needle which I usually bend in the process.
