Knock from brakes very concerned

Folks have developed a knock when I press and release brakes and I've noticed on mediem to heavy braking the car is all over the place any ideas all pads have loaded of meat left and discs look fine.
Can the pads possibly move around in calipers ? Very concerned

Are you with a breakdown service? I would not be driving until someone has looked at this....

The pad material might look good, but the the pad meterial could have come away from the backing plate . I have had this it will make a banking noise . Or the slide pins need a clean up and a little copper grease on them .

Noise sounds like it at the back right had suspension checked all looks ok.
