Hi sorry if this has been answered but looking at wis to replace a lower wishbone on a w164 it says perform final tightening when vehicle is on a measuring platform or in KO position any ideas what the KO position is Thanks

Given where I've seen it used, I suspect the KO position is the fancy jargon for where the suspension would be under normal weight bearing conditions with the wheels on the floor.

Thanks I thought that was the case but was not sure

Probably.
It is considered good practice to torque inner wishbone mounts with the 'bones in the position they sit with weight on the car. 'Neutralises' the (torsional) stress on the bush.
