Just thought I would post a positive view on Kwik Fit home fitting.
This is the third time I've used them and they have been excellent every time. It may be down to the fitter (Phil) who came to fit each time.
This latest fitting was for a Sunday. He called and asked come he come earlier than booked. Yes no problem. He arrived at the newly agreed time and quickly realised I had ordered the wrong tyres. (I knew they were run flats on the car but clearly clicked on the wrong ones on the website). No problem he said. His colleague would call to sort it out. He said he may be back later or if not someone would be back early in the week.
30 mins later, call received, new tyres sorted and I was told Phil would be back later that day. Phil called and arrived back at 18:30 on a very cold snowy night. I asked if he wanted the car putting undercover, but no, it was fine...about 30 mins later all done.
Truly great service from Kwikfit. (and no I'm not connected to them at all)
