l 55 front grill replacement?

Hi guys, so i need to straighten the front grill on my SL 55, i need to take it off, I cannot seem to acsess any bolts via going in the engine bay or under the car so will the front grill just pull out via the little clips? secondly it appears the bottom middle clip isn't attached to the grill and the grill has a 1cm gap to the bumper so is this likely snapped off? can i buy just a replacement clip or do i need to get an entire new front grill? mine is a 2006 with faclifted front,

Excellent yes thats the clip! ill get a few of them, however, does anyone know if the front grill just clips out or do i need to dismantle the whole front bumper of the SL to access grill bolts? thanks

also any idea how to get those little clips out? do they need to be pinched to remove or just pull up?
