Just revving them. If engine is fully warmed up wont do any real harm. Fire is just unburnt fuel in hot exhaust. Used to spit fire from my Fiat Mirafiori ? when younger due to almost straight through pipe, no cats etc back then.

I never had a problem in my rally car, but then it was normally moving at over 100...oops, I mean er, 70 mph so no chance of it catching fire to rear lights.

I think with Lamborghini Aventadors you very much in the "if you have to ask the price you can't afford it " territory. Just think of them as small boys with very large dinky toys going vroom! vroom ! and it all makes sense.
