I've recently acquired an excellent condition Panasonic Toughbook CF-19 with a view to install Mercedes STAR software on it :thumb:

The laptop came with 512MB single memory module, so I decided to upgrade it, and ordered a set of two new Samsung DDR2 1GB units.
Then I bought another set of Transcend ones, as some silly sod on US Toughbook forum said Samsung were not compatible - complete nonsense, by the way.

Anyway, having purchased 4 modules, I then went through Panasonic website (yes, that's were I should've started), and found out this model will support 4GB :wallbash:

So, I bought two Crucial 2GB sticks, installed them this afternoon, all working perfectly.

Now, I can return the Samsungs and Transcends to their eBay sellers, under the 14-day policy, but it would be unfair, as they would lose on postage, which was included.

So, here we are - for sale: two very cheap sets of DDR2 RAM, and a single (used, obviously) module of 512MB.

I always use a static-free station and an anti-static wrist strap, when handling sensitive electronic components.

£3.50 delivered for each of the 2GB kits, and £1.50 for 512MB module.
I'm gonna be rich real soon :bannana:

Both 2GB kits now gone.

Single massive 512MB DDR2 200-pin SODIMM PC2-5300S remains :thumb:
