Yeah , thats what i find the hardest , when i come off nights ....

I finish the night shift at 6am friday morning , and whereas i would normally head off to bed until about 1pm (ish) , on friday mornings i have to force myself to come home and even though the bed is beckoning , to stay up

Otherwise , come friday night just as Mrs Toad is ready for bed, i'm wide awake and bouncing .... if i stay up , come friday night i will be absolutely Donald and will sleep ....

Its just a nightmare because it means that i will have been awake since thursday lunchtime until friday night (getting on for 36 hours )

The only other solution is to sleep friday morning and then have a big feed of booze on friday evening to induce sleeping. But that usually then ruins my Saturday ....
