I've recently purchased a CL500 / W140. Feeling through the wheel spokes the discs seem to have worn down substantially (incidentally this is a guess - around 1mm of wear on each surface).
What are the correct discs to buy for the car - looking online many manufacturers make ones that fit, but which should I get?

Thanks!

Stick with MB Parts

When it comes to Brakes, or indeed any safety equipment, stick with original parts. I find that aftermarket kit saves you money in the short term but they last half as long , so it's a false economy in the long run.

The worst case seems to be after market tuning parts, you know the stuff, bigger cross drilled grooved disks with harder pads etc etc... you get 5 minutes of eye popping brake performance then the disk warp and your back to square one.

I got my disks from Jimmy and I'm very pleased with them. You could try sending him a PM.
