Hi, Firstly a couple of thank you's. Thanks to the members that have helped me to be able to list despite being a short "official" site member. (within the rules of the forum).
A huge thank you to Jay at MercLand for allowing me to use his description for a similar car and saving me time ( his time used to create the detail was his business time, so thank you Jay) Clearly I'm a private seller of my own single car and don't offer the advantages that MercLand can offer so please respect that in terms of understanding the difference a highly respected dealer has vs me as an individual seller.
I am selling my E350, it has been a fantastic trouble free car for the six years I have owned it. It returns a real 50 MPG on motorway runs and has a great balance between being economical to run and urgency when needed. Family commitments necessitate the sale , however I stand 100% behind this car as the best car I have ever owned in terms of doing what it was designed for, extremely well.
Its never been messed around with, Mapped, tuned etc, its a straight forward and fantastic example of the vehicle MB sold.
Service wise it has a comprehensive and full compliment including preventative maintenance such as a brake fluid replacement, gearbox oil refresh at 55k ( my wife had several Landrover Discoverys so we know all about "sealed for life" and the need that this important area needs maintaining). I have conducted the last few straight forward services (and yes I am a trained mechanic) which I have also in the preventative nature replaced the fuel filter also to ensure al runs smoothly.
As I committed, I offer this for sale at £7,500 on the site and if no interest will advertise on other platforms for £7795. Both prices I feel (yes I know I would) represent fantastic value for a very straight, no issue car that has served me very well and I am 100% confidant will the next owners.
Now the important bad points (being picky but honest)
A small car park ding to the NS rear door (in the photos)
A small ding to the rear bumper where someone must have nudged the car when parked at a hotel (in the pictures) Both these are less than a 10p size but just wish to be upfront.
A scrape to the newly refurbished wheels on the NS front (in photos) annoying to say the least but rather show worts and all.
Some minor and few very small stone chips to the bonnet and wings from motorway driving.
All in all nothing that needs any attention, however if someone wishes to return the car to as new, then I highlight the above for that reason.
The details are below and again thank you Jay....
