Maps versions for Comand ntg 4.5 please.
Hello, I have a 2012 c63 and as the maps and Comand have never been updated. Can someone please tell me the latest versions of both? Thanks

Bump.....car goes in on Monday for service and Mot.....would like my maps and / or firmware updated. Anyone know the latest Map version for Comand ntg 4.5.

You would need to ask them for an upgrade, but if the car is under three years old, this should be done FOC.

If older then three, by all means get a price off them, but when it scares you, have a word with Mercedes Retrofit Specialist - Comand.co.uk who will advise on the correct way to go, or maybe someone in your area who can offer this service.

Apparently the car has to be plugged in and communicates online with Germany whilst the upgrade is being done.

If the car has full MB service history and has not been updated, then MB should install the latest version FOC as the car came with 3 years free updates (from date of first registration). They don't like to do it as it ties up a service bay for 2 1/2 hours!!

Owned the car for 3 years since new and maps not been updated and keep getting fobbed off with 'no new map updates' every time. Supposed to be free! I would like it to be done this time. Maps ver 7 at mo. Must be a newer version out!
