The #29 Lola (in Gulf colours) - end of the Porsche Curves.

The Eurosport commentators haven't seemingly picked up on it yet. They briefly showed the Lola going off into the armco, but the Batmobile was definitely tangled up with it, and immediately proceeded into the pits...

Have the Audi E-tron cars really pitted twice already - why is their status out when I can see on-board footage of them driving?

OUT means they are on an outlap having pitted.
 
No, they comply with the rules.. The delta wing is only allowed due to French roots.
