Leak and hissing?

There is a leak on my w124 300ce on the passenger i have not found the source yet but is there a common leaking point on this car? also behind the dash on the passenger side is a long hissing noise like a air leak? this happens when i open the car doors, also the doors do not lock themselves straight after i have to start the car or wait a long time?

sounds like one of the vacuum pipes or plastic unions feeding the central locking

I'd start by dropping the panel below the dash and/or removing the glovebox to see if you can trace the source of the leak

Hissing sound sorted pipe which goes into door behind side panel in passenger footwell had a crack, tapped it up now central locking is fine! thanks andy
