Leaking Hose, Caught on Radiator Fan!?!

Driving along last night doing a 150mile trip, all was well until 'Check coolant' appeared on the screen.

It was dark so was only able to check today. with the engine bay open I can see that the hose leading from the reservoir into the engine had fallen down and was getting hacked away by the fan (highlighted in red)

Should there be an additional clip (circled green) holding it up?

I have moved it back up on the slam panel but as you can see it has already cut through (highlighted in blue) and is very slowly leaking. I guess im lucky it didnt rip it in 2 while I was driving along

I think there should be another clip. Put a tie wrap on it.
