Learners to use motorways from next year

Whilst taking 'his' lessons, a 'friend' had a driving instructor who regularly removed the L plates and took me, err I mean him, on the motorway during lessons. Luckily they were never stopped.

Judging by the standard of roadcraft I observed and avoided over the weekend, I thought that the learners were there already!
