I used this company http://www.liquidleather.com/scuffs.htm when my Saab got a scuff on it's leather seat and they matched the colour exactly! Perfect. I also bought the conditioner which has made both car (Saab and MB) seats look and feel great PLUS smell really nice! Highly recommended!
 
There's a local place, Dynamix I think, that does leather dye. I think they're on ebay too.
