Having the same error message pop up on My cls 55, it always starts and goes away after a few minutes. It it likely the main battery or could the backup battery be faulty too? The main is not genuine Mercedes but Bosch.
Left my merc parked for 2 weeks and returned to find ABS & ESP lights ON
