Light problems!

Hi all! Ive got a 111 Vito compact. About two week a go i noticed that my head lamps and rear lights were on, even tho the light switch is in the off position. Before I go to the expense of getting an auto electrician to look at the problem, I thought I'd ask on here to see if anyone had any ideas on how to solve the issue?

Headlamps set to Constant On in the cluster menu?
