Lights improvement W211?

Would members have any suggestions for improving the rather abysmal headlights on my wifes W211 220cd estate. She finds difficulty, particularly with the dipped lights but I would think both main & dipped could be improved. Your thoughts on this would be welcomed.

Hi firstly you could check if the headlights have gone cloudy as this will affect the light output.
Both Osram and Philips do excellent updated bulbs depending on what type of bulb you have

In addition to the above, check the electrical connections especially the earth. Make sure all are clean and secure

Are they Xenon lights ? If they do a little up and down dance when you start the car they are .
