Little help needed for ABS and ASR pump W124

As above . Need a little help with fitting a good used ABS ASR pump to the W124 .Take a look at the picture and i need to know if the part marked in red with wire attached to it can be removed, to fit the good new one . It looks as if its not removable to me and that the wire comes with it .The good used one is the same wires were cut off to remove it .
