Little problem with engine

Hey, got some problem with my w203 270cdi diesel engine 2004 facelift. I have changed injectors for new ones, changed the crankshaft sensor. Chain tensior, all the con rods and bearings, and still getting the knocking noise from back engine and rough idle and rpm is hopping up and down, when i removed the new injectors, then i saw that the 1 2 4 and 5 had the nozzles black but 3 was clear like this havent make the job, like no blowing. Is it possible that the cylinder 3 dont have compression or the ECU is a little bit crazy. Sorry for my bad english, im from estonia.

Yes i have done this

Id do a proper one. That kind of test is ok but not that precise. Is the knock 1Xper revolution or 2X?
